UNILUX Isostar Aluminium clad system:- Average Uw = 0.76 W/m2K with a Ug of 0.5 W/m2K and a SHGC ( g value) of 0.54.  This system is ideally suited for Australian conditions with the aluminium external cladding providing excellent weather protection, UV resistance, longevity with zero maintenance and impact protection.  From 2024 onwards U values for the glass element (IGU) can be as low as 0.4 W/m2K upon request.  Modified SHGC values are also available as required at 0.25 and 0.35, it is recommended these are selected in consultation with your energy modelling consultant.
